Refund policy

Status: Standard market terms — proposed, pending business confirmation of exact fee schedules.

StartOn Relay Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (Tax ID 0105191758286) provides paid programming consulting through scoped engagements and advisory sessions. This policy explains refunds when fees have been invoiced.

Eligibility

• Advisory sessions: Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start (Bangkok time) for a full refund of prepaid session fees.
• Fixed-scope projects: If we have not started billable work, prepaid deposits refund within 14 business days. After work begins, refunds are limited to unused portions of prepaid fees aligned with milestones not yet performed.

Non-refundable items

Third-party pass-through costs already incurred, completed milestones accepted in writing, and no-show sessions without 48-hour notice.

Process

Email info@starton-relay.digital or call +66-2-000-2307 with invoice number and reason. We confirm within 5 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 14 business days unless banking rules require longer.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled once without fee if requested 48 hours ahead. Project pauses require mutual written agreement.

Disputes

We aim to resolve billing concerns directly. Unresolved matters may be referred to Thai consumer protection channels where applicable.
