This notice explains how we process personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) for visitors of starton-relay.digital.
Data we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, and message text you submit voluntarily.
- Cookie preference: a value stored in your browser (localStorage) recording accept/reject for this notice only.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.

Retention
Inquiry submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer storage. Cookie preference persists until you clear site data or change your choice via browser settings.
Processors and transfers
Inquiries POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain, handled by our infrastructure provider under contract. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Security
We use TLS in transit and restrict access to inquiry data to staff who need it for responses.
